This is one of our favorite places now. Food is always delicious. I left out a couple stars because my 2 year old said thank you to the waitress and she didnt say anything back. It really grinds my gears when people ignore kids trying to be polite.

Good portions and lots of different options to create a great lunch. Glass noodles with crispy chicken, veggies, and spring rolls is delicious. Pricing isnÒ€ℒt bad as well.

Got takeout here the other night and it was solid. Pad Thai was great and the appetizer platter had a little bit of everything. Definitely eating here again.

The food here was so delicious! The dinner specials had a great variety of choices and was more than enough to fill you up, but plan on getting some appetizers, too, because they are too good to pass up - enjoy!

Had the chicken Pad Thai lunch special. The Pad Thai was excellent, the service was very friendly, and the food came out relatively quick. Overall this is a place I would highly recommend going to.

I have made 2 visits to Dok Bua so far and definitely plan on making more! I really enjoyed the dinner special. It came with rice, spring rolls, Tom yum soup, and something else deep fried which I have no clue what it was. Tom yum soup was delicious but I probably would have preferred a salad or some other veggie than 2 deep fried appetizers. You also choose an entree as well.Absolutely love the variety which the lunch and dinner specials offer. Especially great if you like eating a little bit of everything! Otherwise full size entrees are still fairly affordable.

pretty good; portions are generous. food tasted on par with what was to be expected. personally i like my tom yum to be more sour and spicier, though. next time i think i'll ask to see if that's possible.

I only had two items, but they were both excellent. I had their Fresh Roll appetizer. It was a large portion (8 sections) of vegetarian fresh spring roll served with a peanut sauce on the side. It was perfect. The cover was soft but a little chewy the way I like it and the vegetables and noodles inside were well balanced. There was cilantro and a little shredded carrot and more. It had a great texture. I also had Tom Yum Shrimp soup, which was excellent. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, unlike many US Thai restaurants that overcook shrimp. I was taught that you place raw shrimp in the hot fish stock mixture and let it cook with no flame, just using the heat of the broth. Then you add fresh lime juice to finish it. The broth had a great flavor that included a significant lime component. The mushrooms were local, raw and fresh, not the straw mushrooms you typically find in Thailand, but they were fine. Overall, this was a very nice meal and I will return for more.
